Aces vs Lynx: Minnesota Lynx (66% probability)
A shocking loss on Thursday may have ended their 10-game winning streak, but the Minnesota Lynx are still clearly the best team in the WNBA. They'll get one of their toughest possible tests when A'ja Wilson and the Las Vegas Aces come to town.
Minnesota already ranks second in both offensive and defensive efficiency in the league this year, and that's been done mostly without Napheesa Collier, who has only played five games since her return from injury.
The Lynx are 4-1 in those games, only losing after an unexpected fourth-quarter collapse to the Los Angeles Sparks on Thursday. Right now, Minnesota should be favored against anyone at home, and the Lynx are the clear pick even against the Aces.
Fever vs Sky: Indiana Fever (69% probability)
The Indiana Fever have dominated this matchup recently, winning their last seven matchups with the Chicago Sky. But coming off two straight losses, there may be fears that the Fever are out of sorts heading into Saturday's contest.
Bettors shouldn't worry. The Fever still have the WNBA's best offense at 96.1 ppg, and it's hard to see how Chicago will contend with that, given that the Sky rank in the bottom five in offensive rating this season.
Caitlin Clark is playing her best basketball since the All-Star break, and Indiana leads the league in effective field goal percentage (55.9%). The Fever shouldn't have any trouble outscoring the Sky in this one.
Storm vs Fire: Portland Fire (54% probability)
The Portland Fire have won the first two games in this budding Pacific Northwest rivalry, and I see them making it three in a row tonight.
While Portland has struggled to string wins together, the Seattle Storm have lost 10 straight, have the WNBA's worst record, and have already been eliminated from playoff contention.
The Fire have at least been a strong three-point shooting team, hitting 35.3% of their shots from deep thanks to sharpshooting from Bridget Carleton (14.3 ppg). At home against the league's worst squad, Portland is the pick.
