The New York Liberty are -3.5 road favorites tonight when they visit the Dallas Wings in a makeup game from Thursday's scheduled cancellation.

That’s too many points to spot the home team, and my Liberty vs. Wings predictions and WNBA picks expect the Wings to cover the spread behind Azzi Fudd’s hot shooting.

Liberty vs Wings prediction

Liberty vs Wings best bet: Wings +3.5 (-105)

The market panicked over the Dallas Wings playing a back-to-back, steaming the New York Liberty to -3.5 while completely mispricing the Liberty’s major injury concerns.

Missing Leonie Fiebich and Satou Sabally guts New York’s primary wing defense. Without them, the Liberty can't execute their aggressive help-and-recover scheme, which forces Jonquel Jones into exposed drop coverage on pick-and-rolls.

Even with Paige Bueckers out for tonight's contest, Jessica Shepard will feed cutters into a Liberty frontcourt, allowing 38.0 points in the paint per game enough times to cover the bookmakers' mistake.

Play this to -115 or as low as +2.5.

Covers COVERS INTEL: The New York Liberty defense doesn’t travel well, as evidenced by their 11th-best 111.1 Defensive NET Rating.

Liberty vs Wings same-game parlay

Without Fiebich and Sabally on the floor, the Liberty allow a WNBA-worst 10.6 made threes per night, which sets up Azzi Fudd and Shepard for huge games.

Fudd is on a heater and meets a Liberty defense allowing 40% from downtown in their last five games. The No. 1 overall pick has made at least three triples in four of her past five and should see wide-open looks all night long.

Shepard is an underrated playmaker. She finds cutters to the cup, and she’s also adept at the kick-out. She averages nearly 5.5 dimes and has dished at least six dimes twice in her past five.

Liberty vs Wings SGP

  • Wings +3.5
  • Azzi Fudd Over 2.5 threes
  • Jessica Shepard Over 5.5 assists

Liberty vs Wings player prop pick

Sabrina Ionescu Over 2.5 made threes (+145)

The price is right for Sabrina Ionescu to land at least three triples tonight.

Bueckers' absence leaves Fudd or Arike Ogunbowale all alone on the perimeter, where an already shaky Dallas defense is allowing 35.5% shooting from deep

That’s where Ionescu makes her money. She’s shooting 36% with three or more triples in four of her previous six games with at least 10 attempts in three games during this span.

Her Over 2.5 made threes is playable to +110.
