Natasha Cloud has given New York a spark, and my Liberty vs. Fever predictions expect her to stuff the stat sheet this afternoon.

Read on as I share my WNBA picks for Saturday, May 24.

Liberty vs Fever predictions

My Liberty vs Fever best bet: Natasha Cloud Over 25.5 points + rebounds + assists (+102 at FanDuel)

New York Liberty guard Natasha Cloud has gotten off to a flying start, and I don’t see anyone on the Indiana Fever slowing this lady down.

The 10-year veteran has played on some dynamite WNBA teams alongside some legends, but nothing like what the Liberty has surrounded her with. Cloud loves to push the pace and drops nearly nine dimes per night, feeding the ball to Breanna Stewart, Jonquel Jones, and Sabrina Ionescu.

When her teammates aren’t free, Cloud can score at will; she’s making 52% of her 13.5 attempts from the field, 55% of her 4.5 triple attempts, and 87% of her foul shots. She’s also found a way to snag five rebounds. With these stats, her plus-money 25.5 PRA prop is a steal.

No one pushes the pace more than the Fever, and the faster pace is right up Cloud's alley. Indiana’s elite 88.9 defensive rating leads the league, but Kelsey Mitchell and Caitlin Clark aren’t elite defenders, and no match for a Cloud-led 115.5-rated offensive juggernaut.

Cloud has easily cleared her prop combo total in six of her previous seven games, and the price is right for her to clear 25.5 points, boards, and assists today against the Fever.

Caitlin Clark pick: Quick pace perfect for CC

My best bet
Caitlin Clark Over 9.5 assists (+100 at FanDuel)

My analysis
Today’s lightning-fast pace, with Cloud’s fast-playing Liberty, is perfect for Clark to drop 10+ assists.

Players and coaches rave about Clark's ability to play faster than everyone else. She sees the court better than most and thrives in high-octane games like today’s 171-point game total promises.

The Liberty are fourth in pace, with Cloud steering the bus. They allow the most field goal attempts per night (75.5), giving Clark another chance to record double-digit assists for the third time this season.

Clark is dropping nine dimes per night for a Fever squad topping the league with 34 made baskets. N.Y.’s 35% FG defense allows a league-high 75.5 shots, so it's tough to stop Clark and Indiana’s barrage.

Liberty vs Fever same-game parlay (SGP)

Natasha Cloud Over 25.5 points + rebounds + assists

Caitlin Clark 10+ assists

Fever moneyline

The Fever should upset the Liberty thanks to their league-leading pace and relentless offense.

Clark fuels a Fever squad averaging 34 made baskets, exploiting the Liberty’s league-high 75.5 field goal attempts allowed. Despite New York's 35% FG defense, Indiana’s barrage — led by Clark and Kelsey Mitchell — will overwhelm at Gainbridge.

The Fever’s 2-1 start and homecourt energy outmatch NY. The Liberty has the stars, but the incredible pace and the Gainbridge Fieldhouse crowd will be the difference.
