The Alouettes were a league-best 13-5-0 Over/Under this season but played to the Under in three of their last four games. Winnipeg allowed the fewest passing yards in the CFL this season and has the ability to contain a pass-heavy offense like Montreal's.
Three of their last five meetings have gone Under, and the Bombers' narrow Semi-Final victory was a 47-total-point showdown. Expect another run-reliant offensive game from the Bombers — they've reached this total just twice since the beginning of September.

Winnipeg will likely turn to Dru Brown once again. His role was limited in their win over the Argos, completing all 11 pass attempts and throwing for two touchdowns. He did his job, but the East Semi-Final was the Brady Oliveira show. The 2026 rushing yards leader exploded for 149 yards on the ground, averaging a ridiculous 9.9 yards per carry.
Meanwhile, the Als allowed the fourth-most rushing yards during the regular season, and the Bombers' CFL-best passing defense can certainly neutralize Alexander and company. It'll be an even taller task to secure the win, but I expect them to at least cover this gargantuan spread.

Seven of the last 10 meetings between BC and Edmonton have stayed under the total, with those contests averaging only 45.7 points per game. After leading the league in rushing attempts, the Elks’ offence will also be in for a rude awakening against a Lions stop unit that boasted the CFL’s top-ranked run D, limiting opponents to just 4.4 yards per carry. I’m expecting shorter drives from Edmonton and a more methodical approach from Rourke & Co., keeping this one below the 57.5 total. Playable down to 56.5.

The BC Lions are 8-2 SU over their last 10 head-to-head meetings against the Elks, and Nathan Rourke and the Lions' offence have been unstoppable lately. Edmonton's lone win in the season series came by just two points, largely thanks to Rourke's early exit with a shoulder injury on the second offensive play. BC has been the better team down the stretch, and the Leos are playable to +100.
