At 60%, I'm hitting the button on the Hawks, who I price closer to 68% favorites. Dejounte Murray's return pushes Herb Jones out of the Pelicans' starting lineup, which I think is a massive mistake by New Orleans. That's a win for us as traders, and we're getting a great price on Atlanta in a matchup where I see one of the biggest edges on the board.

I have an expectation of the Under hitting in this game and the T-Wolves keeping things competitive, so an Under on a very elevated total for Wemby is also in play. He's averaged 35.4 points + rebounds + assists across eight regular-season games against the T-Wolves in his career while going 2-6 to the Over on the 39.5, and in last spring's playoff series, he delivered 34.5 PRA across six games.
Ayo Dosunmu o14.5 Points Scored (-128)
Dosunmu has taken over for the sidelined Anthony Edwards at the two-guard spot and averaged 16.0 points on 52.2% shooting, including 54.5% from 3-point range, over his first pair of starts. He also contributed 17.0 points on 48.8% shooting, including 45.1% from deep, in 23 games as a starter with the Bulls and Wolves last season.

Durant hasn't had a season where he averaged Under 30 PRA since his rookie year, and he's still putting up big numbers at 38 years old, averaging 23.3 points, 6.0 rebounds, and 3.0 assists for a 32.3 PRA total this year.
If the Thunder were healthy, I might have concerns about offensive props against their potent defense, but this isn't the same Oklahoma City team with their injury issues. I'm backing Durant to get to 30+ PRA at up to 65%.
Isaiah Hartenstein o9.5 Total Rebounds (-150)
With Chet Holmgren out long term, we're going to see a lot more of Isaiah Hartenstein holding down the paint for the Oklahoma City Thunder. Hartenstein has played 26 minutes or more in each of Oklahoma City's last three games, and that has allowed him to pick up 12+ rebounds in each of those contests. 10+ rebounds is a low target for Hartenstein, and I like him to hit that total at up to 60% tonight.

Give me the Celtics at 66%, as I price them closer to 72% favorites. Orlando will feel the absences of Jalen Suggs and Paolo Banchero, particularly defensively. Suggs' versatility would help against Jayson Tatum, but his ability to defend Payton Pritchard at the point of attack is equally important. With Pritchard playing so well, his absence is a major blow to Orlando.

I'll gladly take the Clippers at 24%, as I price them closer to a 29% underdog. Kris Dunn and Derrick Jones Jr. give LA the defensive personnel to blitz Stephen Curry and disrupt Golden State's offense. On the other end, the Warriors' lack of rim protection creates opportunities for Darius Garland to attack the basket and generate offense for his teammates. The Clippers are my favorite trade on Sunday's board at this price.

Betting the moneyline in the NBA means you're picking the winner of the game, no strings attached. If the team you bet on emerges victorious, then so do you.

In this example, the Los Angeles Lakers are the favorites to win the game as their moneyline odds have a minus sign (-) in front of the number. The favorites will have the minus sign present, and the underdogs will have a plus sign (+).
Betting $100 on the Lakers would pay you $180, your original $100 bet, plus $80 in winnings. If you bet $100 on the Warriors, since oddsmakers believe they're less likely to win this game, the payout would be $250, with a profit of $150.
Betting the spread in the NBA provides more wiggle room to bettors for games that may appear one-sided on paper. Rather than simply picking the winner like you would with the moneyline, you can instead pick the point differential to give underdogs more of a fighting chance with your wagers.

In this example, the Lakers are favored to not only win the game against the Warriors, but to do so by at least 4.5 points. As a gentle reminder, the minus sign (-) determines the favorite for the game in question.
Should the Lakers win by five points, that would mean Los Angeles "covered the spread," resulting in a win for those who bet in their favor. However, if the Lakers won by four points, that would mean the Warriors "covered the spread" instead.
The -110 betting line enclosed in parentheses is fairly common for spread bets. That is the number bettors would follow to determine potential gains and losses, just like the moneyline. Odds are usually equal on both sides of the line, but can range from -105 to -120 (or more) in either direction.
An Over/Under bet in the NBA has nothing to do with which team wins the game. Instead, all that matters is the total combined score for that game and whether it exceeds a preset number established by oddsmakers.

In this example, oddsmakers have set the total score for the Lakers and Warriors at 240.5 points.
As a bettor, you can select the Over if you believe the two teams will combine to score more than 240.5 points, 241 or more, or bet the Under if they'll score fewer than 240.5 points, 240 or fewer.
If the set number was a whole number like 240 points, for example, and the two teams combined to score exactly that amount, then the result would be a push and you'd get your money back on the wager.
