In Kelly’s last three starts against the Phillies — one last year at home and two in the 2023 NLCS — he’s allowed nine hits (three in each start) and seven runs. The Phillies offense has broken out a bit as of late with seven runs in their first two games against the Nationals before a 4-2 defeat. However, Washington doesn’t exactly have the best pitching staff as its 7.12 ERA is by far the worst bullpen ERA in the league. I’ll take Kelly at plus odds to keep up his strong play as of late.
