We have a London Derby with West Ham and Tottenham meeting in the Premier League on Saturday, with the game taking place in East London at the London Stadium.

West Ham have experienced highs and lows already this season, but they face a strong Tottenham team, and our West Ham vs. Tottenham predictions have the visitors leaving with all three points.

Read on for my Premier League picks for Saturday, September 13, with kickoff at 12:30 p.m. ET on NBC.

My West Ham vs Tottenham best bet: Tottenham moneyline (+110 at SportsInteraction)

West Ham fans have experienced the full range of emotions this season. They got embarrassed by newly promoted Sunderland, lost 5-1 at home to hated rivals Chelsea, which put Graham Potter under serious pressure. They somehow pulled off a 3-0 win over Nottingham Forest last time out, but that was just temporary relief for Potter.

This is a seriously tough ask for West Ham with Tottenham looking reborn under new manager Thomas Frank. Frank has added a defensive steel that we hadn’t seen from Spurs under Ange Postecoglou, and that back four is giving the attack a platform to play from.

Even missing some of their better players, Spurs have won two of their three games, including beating Man City 2-0 on the road. Spurs welcome new signing Xavi Simons into the team this week, and with him and Mohammed Kudus on either flank, there’s real creativity.

The big difference maker in this game is both teams’ ability to protect their goal, and Spurs come into this having conceded just once in three games. On the flip side of that, we’ve seen West Ham conceding eight goals. West Ham have looked inept at times this season, and Spurs offer a real attacking threat and should have enough about them to secure the win.

Both teams to score: No

Tottenham first-half team total Over 0.5

In addition to our best bet, we’re backing Tottenham to keep a clean sheet. Tottenham have kept clean sheets in two of their three games so far, and West Ham have looked dreadful in front of goal aside from their win over Nottingham Forest.

We’re also backing Spurs to score in the first half. The West Ham defense has been full of mistakes this season and given up eight goals in three games, and with Spurs scoring first-half goals in two of their three games, we can be confident they should start fast.
