Cisco I notice on the spreadsheet that a team is counted as a dog even if the line is less than +100 i.e. -102, -103, etc.

Is this how you've done this chase in the past?

+100, -101, -102 are dogs. -103 check the RL. plus money is the dog.

Today the Pinnacle line is Miami is -103 and Philly is -103

The RL is Philly RL+1.5 -169

Philly is the dog here.
