Morrison NHL - THE LINK

I have looked at Kong's thread, and I think his modified betting system is much perferred.  However, does anyone have the original link for Morrison's NHL system.  I can find his original baseball (all versions), NBA, new football, etc., but I cannot find the link for his pdf.  If anyone has it, I would be interested in seeing it.
