I faintly remember this story... Was this was the guy who shot a kid, the kid got outside and then the guy went back and got another gun and shot the downed robber several more times..?
I think I also remember hearing that if he didn't go back into the store and get that other gun and repeatedly shoot the downed suspect that this wouldn't be an issue....

DickA is just pissed because one of his connections his meds was arrested. The fucker was another one of those lazy addicted pharmacist who shot these guys because they were his runners and the lazy pharmacist refused to honor his agreement. They were going to turn on him, so they were murdered. The guy was Woop's mentor.
