Would like someones help...

So, I am a newer gambler and haven't been doing it for very long. I have done decent in the past, but still have a lot to learn. A lot of people place bets off how the line moves and I have trouble looking up this information.

Would anyone take the time to either explain to me the significance in line changes and how a line change should sway your bet one way or the other or know of an article that explains this very well?

I understand that its the books making it even on both ends most of the time, but when it comes to reverse line changes and such is what I am very interested in learning about.
