He doesn't realize... its common sense... his times are DOCUMENTED all throughout the day and night each night 
week after week month after month.... most people get on comment then chill... then go do stuff like "life" then come back and see whats been going on ...

I worked 100 hrs per week for long enough

now I own the medical center( 50%) and pharmacy (25%)

I delegate

I need only work 6-8 hours per week and that  to help other doctors with their personal development plans, their education and to help them get through their appraisals.Sitting on Regional  drugs and therapeutics committee . No need for  me now to hold clinics, there are plenty of staff for that.

where im from there is only 24 hours in a day 


24 hours in earth each day 

19 hours on internet 



that leaves you with 5 hours to do all the surgeries and medical expertise

IF.... YOU DONT SLEEP OR EAT IN THE TIME REMAINING 





























and im being generous to you and saying only 19 hours a day you spend instead of the more likely 20 to 21
