Negreanu 40/1 odds to win WSOP Main Event

The 2013 World Series of Poker is underway but the Main Event is the one that grabs the headlines.

Greg Merson won the 2012 event and is listed at 100/1 to repeat as champion. The last player to win back-to-back Main Events was Johnny Chan in 1987 and 1988.

The Main Event gets underway on July 6 at the Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino in Paradise, Nevada.
