The Florida Panthers look to complete a sweep of the Carolina Hurricanes in Game 4 this evening at Amerant Bank Arena.

Brad Marchand has played a pivotal role in this series, primarily with his physical play. That said, his offensive production has also started to pick up.

Let’s take a look at the best way to target Brad Marchand's odds in my NHL picks for the Hurricanes vs. Panthers on May 26.

Brad Marchand best bet

Over 1.5 shots (-110 at Sports Interaction)

Brad Marchand has started to find his offensive rhythm in the later stages of these playoffs, recording two or more shots on goal in three of the past four games, and his willingness to shoot has paid off.

The veteran winger has notched two goals and two assists over that stretch.

Marchand ranks fifth on the team in shot attempts per 60 minutes, and those attempts are finally starting to reach the net. Given this recent success, it’s worth backing Marchand to record at least two shots on goal for the third straight game against Carolina.

He's done so in 14 of his past 17 games against the Hurricanes and will make that 15 of 18 tonight.

It’s not just Marchand: This Florida squad has never shied away from shooting. The Panthers finished the regular season ranked third in shots on goal per game, averaging 31.6.

That shot volume has continued into the postseason, with Florida recording at least 28 shots on goal in five of its past eight games.

Alongside Marchand, another key contributor is his linemate Anton Lundell, who has tallied at least two shots on goal in three of his past four contests.

Florida is looking to close out the series on home ice, and considering it has won each of the first three games by at least three goals, it should have no problem taking care of business once again.
