The Carolina Panthers host the Super Bowl favorite Los Angeles Rams in Week 13 of NFL action on Sunday afternoon.
Carolina has gotten wildly inconsistent play from quarterback Bryce Young and my NFL picks are betting on him to struggle against a stingy Rams defense.
That said, I still expect a productive game from wideout Tetairoa McMillan who should see plenty of targets due to a pass-heavy game script.
Here are my best free Rams vs. Panthers props for Sunday, November 30.
Rams vs Panthers props
| Player | Pick | |
|---|---|---|
| Longest Pass Under 30.5 yards | -102 | |
| Over 56.5 receiving yards | -114 | |
| Over 4.5 completions | -108 |

Prop bet #1: Bryce Young Longest Completion Under 30.5 yards
The Carolina Panthers have attempted just 28 deep passes this season — the second-lowest number in the NFL. Bryce Young is just 24th in the league in passing grade at PFF and his 5.0 average completed air yards ranks 31st out of 39 qualifying quarterbacks.
Young has completed a pass of more than 30 yards just twice in his last nine games. He'll have a tough time going deep against a Los Angeles Rams defense that is second in the league in dropback EPA.
In addition, the Panthers will be missing center Cade Mays and guard Chandler Zavala. Those injuries are especially concerning since Mays was already replacing injured starter Austin Corbett and Zavala was originally their third-string guard.
With that banged-up offensive line against a strong Rams pass rush, Young won't have time to throw deep even if he wants to.
Prop bet #2: Tetairoa McMillan Over 56.5 receiving yards
Even if Young is unable to attack deep, expect plenty of pass attempts with the +10.5 spread suggesting Carolina will have a negative game script. That should boost the numbers of Tetairoa McMillan who has been the Panthers only reliable pass catcher.
McMillan has played up to expectations after being selected with the eighth pick in the draft. The rookie wideout leads the Carolina Panthers in targets (96), receptions (56), and receiving yards (783).
While the Rams rank in the Top 10 across most defensive categories, their secondary has been vulnerable. They are 17th in DVOA against No. 1 wide receivers and allow the ninth-most adjusted receiving yards per game (155.0) to wideouts.
This is a five-star play according to our Covers EV analytics model, which is projecting 71.4 receiving yards for McMillan.
Prop bet #3: Davante Adams Over 4.5 receptions
With Puka Nacua emerging as one of the best receivers in the NFL, Davante Adams has thrived as the Rams No. 2 WR across from him.
Adams has reeled in 5+ receptions in four of his last five contests. In the one game during that span where he went below that number he was still targeted eight times, so the volume was there.
He should be able to take advantage of a banged-up Carolina secondary that is missing injured corner Jaycee Horn and suspended safety Tre'Von Moehrig.
If you're concerned about a Rams blowout leading to fewer passes, keep in mind that L.A. has been throwing even when they have big leads.
