The Philadelphia Eagles face off against the Buffalo Bills in a marquee matchup on Sunday.
Both of these teams have been vulnerable against running backs, which is why my Eagles vs. Bills predictions are betting on James Cook and Saquon Barkley to have big games.

Our best Eagles vs Bills SGP for Week 17
The Buffalo Bills allow the second-fewest passing yards per game (167.1) in the NFL, while the Philadelphia Eagles are fourth in defensive dropback success rate.
With those strong pass defenses and a 90% chance of rain on Sunday, expect both offenses to rely on their rushing attacks.
Buffalo's rushing attack is spearheaded by James Cook, who leads the NFL with 1,532 rushing yards while adding another 288 yards on 32 receptions.
The Eagles are 21st in the league in defensive rush success rate and rank 26th in receiving yards allowed to running backs. They should get shredded by Cook, who has racked up at least 110 rushing and receiving yards in eight of his last nine games and has scored 14 touchdowns this year.
That said, the Eagles have a pretty good running back of their own in Saquon Barkley, who has rumbled for more than 120 yards in two of the last three weeks. Buffalo has been terrible against the run, ranking 31st in defensive rush EPA while allowing 144.0 rushing yards per game.
