The NFL Christmas three-game slate starts with a classic matchup between the Dallas Cowboys and the Washington Commanders at Northwest Stadium.

I’m eyeing CeeDee Lamb to find the end zone for Dallas, while Jacory Croskey-Merritt will score a touchdown for his third straight game for the Commanders.

Cowboys anytime touchdown pick

CeeDee Lamb +105 at bet365

CeeDee Lamb is having another impressive campaign as one of Dak Prescott’s primary targets. The veteran has reeled in 69 catches for 1,027 yards this season, and he’s also collected three touchdowns.

While that’s not a lot, there’s reason to believe he could find his fourth trip to the paint on Christmas.

The Dallas Cowboys wide receiver has at least six catches in three games in a row, and he’s surpassed 100 yards receiving in two of them. He also found the end zone earlier in the campaign against Washington, a game where Lamb had five grabs for 110 yards.

The Washington Commanders are a nightmare, and their pass defense ranks 26th in the league. This game may not mean anything for either team, but I do believe CeeDee will cook.

Commanders anytime touchdown pick

Jacory Croskey-Merritt +250 at bet365

While it’s been a horrendous season for the Commanders, seventh-round rookie running back Jacory Croskey-Merritt has been a pleasant surprise. He leads the team in touchdowns with six, and he’s averaged 4.4 yards per carry.

The former Arizona Wildcat has scored a touchdown in back-to-back outings against the New York Giants and Philadelphia Eagles.

He has exactly three touchdowns at home and three on the road. Croskey-Merritt is running the ball with a lot of confidence right now, and I could see him scoring another touchdown.

The ball will be in his hands frequently, and the rookie should capitalize.
