The 2024-25 NBA playoffs have been full of exciting matchups, and Saturday’s four-game slate offers even more intrigue.
My top NBA picks for April 26 highlight three scoring props and target two players who will surely come out desperate in their respective matchups.

NBA player props for April 26
Donovan Mitchell Over 25.5 points (-115 at bet365)
What else can we say about Spida’s excellence as a scorer? The veteran guard averaged just 24 points per game in the regular season, but he’s turned it on through two playoff games. Donovan Mitchell scored exactly 30 points in Games 1 and 2, but his recent offensive surge isn’t anything new.
Mitchell has been masterful in the postseason since arriving in Cleveland, averaging 27.8 points per game across 17 appearances. He scored at least 26 points in 11 of those 17, and he’s been on a roll since last season.
Across his last eight playoff games, Mitchell has averaged a whopping 34 points, and he’s scored 26 or more in each of them. The Cleveland Cavaliers have a comfortable 2-0 lead in its series with the Miami Heat, but Miami has a chance to swing momentum with a win at home. A monster performance from Mitchell could propel Cleveland to a 3-0 lead and effectively end the Heat's playoff hopes.
I expect him to be at his best and comfortably clear the Over on this line.
Scotty Pippen Jr. Over 14.5 points (-115 at bet365)
Scotty Pippen Jr. went off for 28 points in Game 3 and knocked down a career-high six triples. I’m not chasing points, however, as SPJ has been a solid contributor on offense throughout the season.
Pippen Jr. averaged 9.9 points per game during the regular season, logging just over 21 minutes per game and playing primarily off the bench. He excelled when given additional opportunities, and he should see plenty of playing time and touches tonight.
Ja Morant has been ruled out, opening the door for Pippen Jr. to be more involved in the Memphis Grizzlies offense. With Morant available, Pippen Jr. averaged 7.9 points this season, but with Morant sidelined, SPJ’s scoring spiked to 13 points per game.
As a starter, Pippen Jr. averaged 14 points per game. Over his last five matchups with the Thunder, he averaged 15 points and hit the Over three times. With Morant out, Pippen Jr. should have no problem building on his momentum from Game 3.
Nikola Jokic Over 26.5 points (-140 at bet365)
So much for Nikola Jokic’s disinterest in basketball. The Denver Nuggets got crushed in Game 3 of their series against the Los Angeles Clippers, and Joker unloaded on his teammates on the sideline.

Jokic averaged a career-high 29.6 points per game this season, and he scored at least 28 points in 46 of 73 games (regular season and playoffs). That includes 18 of 35 road games. In six matchups with the Clippers, he hit the Over on this line three times while averaging 27.2 points.
He knows that his team needs a win tonight, or they’ll go down 3-1 to a Clippers team that has arguably been the best in the Association over the last month. With a sense of urgency, I’m expecting a big game on offense from the reigning MVP.
