Kings vs Pacers prediction

Kings vs Pacers best bet: Pascal Siakam Over 25.5 points (-110)

Tyrese Haliburton's absence has definitely hurt the Indiana Pacers, who are 5-18 just months removed from making an NBA Finals appearance.

It’s a transition year for this franchise, but Pascal Siakam has been very impressive as Indiana’s top option.

With Haliburton out, Siakam has stepped in and played at an All-Star level. The veteran is averaging a career-high 24.5 PPG, cashing the Over in points in two of his last three appearances, and balling out for 36 last Friday against the Bulls.

The Pacers are at home this evening, and Siakam is averaging 25.4 PPG at Gainbridge Fieldhouse compared to 23.5 points on the road.

The Sacramento Kings are just as bad as Indiana, and I don’t see any issues with Siakam having another monster performance from a scoring standpoint.

Kings vs Pacers same-game parlay

Zach LaVine is having a solid campaign for the struggling Kings, averaging 20.9 PPG. While he’s only hit the Over twice in his last seven appearances, LaVine just showed out for 42 points on Saturday against the Heat.

Bennedict Mathurin has only played 12 games, but he’s averaging an impressive 21.2 PPG. The Canadian is also shooting 42.9% from 3-point land, averaging 2.8 makes on 6.4 attempts per contest.

Mathurin has hit the Over in triples in four of his last six contests. On Friday, Mathurin drained six of 11 attempts from beyond the arc. He’s shooting the rock with terrific confidence this season.
