Canadian cricket team Brampton Blitz and iGaming platform Tonybet announced a new partnership ahead of the start of the second Super60 Tournament on Tuesday.
The deal will give widespread advertising access to Tonybet through its deal with the defending and inaugural Super60 champions.

Tonybet and the Blitz confirmed their partnership in an announcement revealed just before the second Super60 tournament got underway on Tuesday. The fast-paced take on traditional cricket condenses matches to roughly 90 minutes, during which, teams face 10 overs (60 legal deliveries) — hence the name Super60.
Last October’s debut drew registration from 34 countries and received international coverage. The upcoming event will be streamed nationally in Canada on CBC Gem, while select matches will be aired on CBC TV. Twenty-four matches will also be broadcast and live-streamed in more than 130 countries worldwide across the six days of action at BC Place in Vancouver from Sept. 29 through Oct. 4.

Blitz defend Super60 title
The Blitz return to Super60 with an improved squad and hopes of holding onto the title of the only team champion in tournament history. England’s Alex Hales will join returning internationals James Vince and Martin Guptill, along with Canadians Dillon Heyliger, Yuvraj Samra and Harsh Thaker.
The champs will get their first taste of action in their opening bout with the White Rock Warriors on Tuesday.
