An unusual list of players that oddsmakers are hoping won’t the Super Bowl LX MVP includes a backup rusher and a sophomore kicker.
Key Takeaways
- Seahawks running back Zach Charbonnet is the leader in anytime touchdown scorer odds.
- BetMGM’s second-biggest Super Bowl MVP liability is Jaguars kicker Cam Little.
- FanDuel took a $100 wager on Kenneth Gainwell to win Super Bowl MVP.
Sports are all about moments. For NFL players, there’s no greater distinction than stepping up in the biggest game of the year and winning Super Bowl MVP.
The easiest way to earn MVP buzz is by getting the ball across the pylons. That’s where sportsbooks’ list of Super Bowl anytime touchdown odds come into play, and they are headlined by an unexpected name: Zach Charbonnet.

Eight of the top 12 players in touchdown odds at FanDuel, which range from +480 to +900, play for the Seattle Seahawks or the Los Angeles Rams. It should come as no surprise that those teams have the best odds to win the Super Bowl at +390 and +440, respectively.
BetMGM’s Super Bowl MVP liabilities aren’t directly aligned with FanDuel’s anytime touchdown odds. BetMGM is hoping Josh Allen (+1,100), Cam Little (+50,000), and Aaron Rodgers (+4,500) won’t be anywhere near the podium when the winner is announced after the Big Game on Feb. 8.
Biggest liabilities for Super Bowl MVP on @BetMGM
— Peter Appel (@peterappel23) January 8, 2026
1. Josh Allen (+1100)
2. Cam Little (+50000)
3. Aaron Rodgers (+4500)
If you have Cam Little MVP ticket you are my hero 😭
Little being second on the list could come as a surprise, as no kicker has ever won Super Bowl MVP, and Mark Moseley is the only player at the position to have won regular-season MVP (1982).
That said, Little has already made history in his brief professional career. He holds the all-time record with a 68-yard field goal, and he also kicked the second-longest field goal - a 67-yarder on Jan. 4.
A winning $10 wager on Little’s Super Bowl MVP odds would pay $5,000.

$50,000 on ... Kenneth Gainwell?
This playoff bracket is considered one of the most wide-open paths to the Super Bowl in recent history.
One team that still finds itself on the periphery, however, is the Pittsburgh Steelers. Their +5,000 odds are only ahead of the Carolina Panthers (+22,500) and well behind the next-closest teams, the Los Angeles Chargers and San Francisco 49ers, who are at +3,000.
That didn’t deter one confident FanDuel user, who risked $100 on backup running back Kenneth Gainwell to win Super Bowl MVP at +50,000 odds. The bettor stands to gain $50,000 if the wager ages as they hope it will.

Like the Little wagers, this will be far from the most popular pick on the board - but it isn’t without merit.
Gainwell shockingly led the Steelers in receptions this year, hauling in a career-high 73. That was 14 more than DK Metcalf, who made close to $23 million more in base salary than his backfield teammate.
Gainwell also logged career highs in rushing and receiving yards at 537 and 486, respectively, to go with six total touchdowns.
NFL playoff betting trends
As teams prepare to take the field over the weekend, several telling betting trends are looming.
Slight favorites (of two or three points) are only 2-9 straight up on Wild Card Weekend since the expanded playoffs began in 2020. When favored by 3.5 or more, teams have gone 17-2 straight up.
Wild-card underdogs are also 21-2 against the spread against teams that failed to qualify for the playoffs the year before. That favors the Chargers, who are +3.5 at the New England Patriots.
