Intuit Dome is set to officially open on Aug. 15 and will serve as the new home arena for the Los Angeles Clippers.
The Clippers announced Thursday that Pechanga Resort Casino has expanded its partnership to become the team’s exclusive tribal casino and founding partner of its new arena. The players involved deemed this a “community-focused partnership” where both organizations are rooted in giving back to Southern California.
“It has long been a priority for the Clippers organization to use our platform to make a meaningful difference and moving into our new home Intuit Dome has allowed us to create a space that brings even more people together,” said LA Clippers and Intuit Dome chief commercial officer Scott Sonnenberg. “We’re very happy to have Pechanga as an Intuit Dome Founding Partner and the exclusive tribal casino of the L.A. Clippers as we continue programs and events that improve the lives of our neighbors.”
The two partners kicked off their venture in June by donating laptops and supplies to the Career Center at Ortega High School in Lake Elsinore to help students apply for colleges, jobs, financial aid, and more.
Pechanga and the Clippers will continue to host events benefitting fans and the local community each year. Pechanga will also sponsor the team’s annual Feed The Community holiday event, which helped distribute 33,000 meals to families in need last year.

Pechanga Resort Casino offers one of the largest and most expansive casino resort experiences anywhere in the United States with 5,500 slots and table games along with 1,100 hotel rooms.
The brand sponsors more Southern California sports teams and venues than any other tribal casino, including the Los Angeles Lakers, SoFi Stadium, the Los Angeles Rams, the Los Angeles Chargers, the Los Angeles Angels, and USC Athletics, in addition to the Clippers partnership.
