Caesars Sportsbook is all set for the world’s game to descend on North America for the first time since 1994, and will be putting forth the betting selection to show for it.

Key Takeaways

  • Caesars Sportsbook has unveiled its largest-ever FIFA World Cup betting menu, featuring more than 10 times the futures markets offered for the 2022 tournament.

  • New offerings include Flex Parlay, Parlay Your Bracket, and the Spin2Win daily game.

  • Early betting interest has been strongest on France, Spain, Portugal, and Argentina.

The sportsbook unveiled its full offering Thursday, with more than 10 times the selection for futures markets compared to its 2022 futures market for Qatar.

“Soccer continues to grow rapidly in the U.S., and the 2026 World Cup represents a massive moment for the sport domestically,” said Dominic Hammond, senior VP of sports at Caesars Digital. “At Caesars Sportsbook, we’re meeting that moment by rolling out the most dynamic menu of markets we’ve ever put together on our platform.”

The expansive selection is set to feature not only traditional markets like futures and props, but an expanded array of options for bettors looking to add some flavor to their World Cup enjoyment.

“We’re offering something for every fan looking to get closer to the action on the pitch, including innovative features like our daily reveals game, Flex Parlay and our ‘Parlay Your Bracket’ experience,” Hammond added.

Those new features, as well as a new Spin2Win daily game, will provide additional content for Caesars bettors once kickoff takes place at Mexico City Stadium on June 11.

“We already have strong engagement in group futures, where customers are combining outcomes across different groups. Our Tournament Same Game Parlays are also allowing fans to build customized bets across markets like tournament winner, reach the final and group winner,” noted Caesars Sportsbook head of soccer Mark Bickerdike. “That flexibility is something we expect will really drive engagement throughout the World Cup.”

Early favorites for bettors emerging

In addition to Caesars' sportsbook offerings, the operator will host World Cup watch parties across various markets for select USMNT matches, notably including Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, Chase Field in Phoenix, Arizona, and Caesars Atlantic City.

That engagement has emerged in betting behavior as well, as early futures betting has been strongest on co-favorites France and Spain, both priced at +450, as well as Portugal at +1,000 ahead of Cristiano Ronaldo’s final World Cup.

“At the top of the market, Spain, France, and England should all perform well. They impressed at Euro 2024 and have squads with the depth to handle the extended format. I also expect Argentina to be very competitive and see real value in their current price at +850 given their form and ability to adapt to different conditions,” Bickerdike said, noting the defending champions have drawn significant interest at their price.

The United States, meanwhile, is a ways off from those at the top of the table as far as pricing, but has still garnered interest in its own right via a variety of available markets.

The USMNT is priced at a relatively slim +5,000 to win the World Cup; however, they are priced at +850 to reach the semifinals, +700 to sweep their group stage games, and +140 to win Group D.

“I think the USMNT could surprise a few people at this World Cup and has reason for optimism,” said Bickerdike. “Mauricio Pochettino is a very astute appointment, and with nearly two years leading into the tournament, he’s had valuable time to work closely with the squad. Reaching the Round of 16 in three of the last four World Cups provides a solid foundation.”
