New here.. been doing this for years

Hi all, just wanted to introduce myself and share some of my plays with the community.  A friend recently told me about this site and the knowledge shared here, sounds pretty incredible. 

About me: I've been sports betting for 10 years now, and I was a major, MAJOR, losing bettor for the first 4-5 years.  Since then, I've taken a whole new approach to sports betting and most importantly money management - since then I've been profitable 4 out of the last 5 years.

My approach now consists of playing my 3 highest rated plays of the day, and rarely adding a play or two here and there for a 4-5 play day.  I used to be a volume bettor, but the swings were terrible and the money management went out the door. 

I now consider myself a sports investor, and my goal is to grind out 2 units of profit a week, or 100 units a year.  My last 5 years were as follows:

2012  +76 units

2011  +129 units

2010  +74 units

2009  -88 units

2008  +13 units

2011 was my best year by far, and most of the success came from a future I placed on the Dallas Mavericks and riding them throughout the playoffs. 

Anyway, I've been pretty consistent with my winnings and a few buddies have urged me to share my plays on here (a lot easier than texting them all everyday lol).  I've also set up a new twitter account for them to follow as well *edited*

Quick note:  I'm not here to sell plays or tout or anything.  I'm here to share insight, share plays, and grind out profits.  Lets do this!

Not counting this towards a record on here or anything, but my plays tonight were:

Ohio State -8.5 - WINNER (knew there would be plenty of people playing the big 10 home dog and fading OSU after their last road loss at ILL)

Pacers +2.5 - WINNER (line just doesn't make sense; anytime I see the Heat laying a tiny number I will fade 100% of time)

Lakers +8 - LOSS (whenever a team loses two of it's star players, I will generally back that team - public overreacts to injuries way too often)

TWolves PK - WINNER (same as above, with Love out many will find reason to fade the Wolves - not me)

So 3-1 on the books.  Had only the 3 NBA plays but added OSU due to so much love for Big10 home dogs and OSU's last road performance on everyone's mind.

Wednesday Leans:

Minnesota -1.5 @ Illinois  (too much love for ILL after beating OSU)

Bobcats +4.5 vs Jazz (autoplay when poor road team is laying more than 3 points)

Mavericks +11 @ Clippers (expect the Clippers to come out flat after beating Lakers and blasting Warriors)

Most people call me a contrarian bettor, which may be true, but trust me if you are patient and pick good spots you can easily grind out a profit.

If you're looking for 10 plays a day and getting rich in a week, you're in the wrong thread.  Like I said, it's a marathon not a spring and I've been damn good at figuring the system out over the years.
