How come I couldn't pick Buffalo but other people could?? Not complaining just curious for future races!!

has to do with changing of the odds and/or time of day...if they were heavily favored when you went to pick, then the odds may have evened out later on, or the odds may not have been out yet. for example, I made my basketball picks late last night when they opened for new picks and had 2 nba games to choose from at that time.
