New to Covers, i cna't seem to navigate where to place bets

The other thing is that i have been victim to sportsaction in BC, Canada, so i am not understanding the numbers meaning -180 vs 150 type of thing is the run line a over under, or is that just baseball, i have never really been that well off financially but recently that has changed, so now looking to be a gambling degenerate, i always have been a sports nut, avid watcher of Gab and Cam, so getting ready to lay it down. Any help understanding all this shit would be great.
