Anyone use RPI rankings?

I found the RPI rankings to be pretty profitable during the MLB season, by playing teams who had a ranking 20+ better than there opponent. I didn't track the record but im interested in using it for College Football.
 
Does anyone here use the RPI rankings? If so, is there a method that works best? Any input is appreciated!
