Help understanding soccer lines

I have been betting on sports for a number of years now but have just recently started becoming interested in Soccer gambling. However I am having trouble understanding the difference between these 2 lines at my sportsbook (Bookmaker) and was hoping for some clarification...

Spread: Bayern PK -190 vs Odds: Bayern EV

To me it looks like I am choosing between Bayern to win while betting 190 to win 100 vs picking them to win at even money? Any help would be appreciated!

Bayern EV is probably a Moneyline bet. .... This means that if the match ends in a draw or arsenal wins, then you lose your money....

Bayern PK -190 .. Your'e paying the extra juice for a reason. If Arsenal wins here, again you lose your money. If Bayern wins you win. But if bayern and arsenal draw then youre money gets refunded back to you. 

In other words betting the PK is much more safer because if bayern draws, you're money gets refunded back to you.
