ok, so here is where your ignorance comes full face.  they know where the shooter shot from, they've known it.  They know who the guy in the photo is, they just haven't found him yet.

shooter was about 200 meters out about 60 ft up from where Charlie was.  clear shot from his advantage point, shot did sound like a 30 ott and not an ar so maybe the rifle that was found is the one.  only forensics can tell.

you talk about 2 minutes after the shot, there was no security there only Charlie's bodyguards.  handful of local police in plain clothes in the crowd

new video shows the guy walking up a neighborhood street with a slight limp.  He was walking like he had some street cred but it was an obvious gimp

then another video shows him running on the roof after the shot to the corner of the building, scaled over the edge to a threshold above what looks like 10 foot windows

so that was a good size jump onto grass and the guy looks to be wearing chuck taylors.  those are zero ankle support shoes and the guy already had a gimp.  If only the dipshit wrecked his ankle while landing that 10 foot jump.

200 yards (or meters) is not a difficult shot with a scope, any halfway decent hunter or weekend range shooter could hit a target like Charlie at 200 yards.  It was reported he had a white shirt on and he was seated so a stationary target who's a big man at 6'3 and not to be insensitive but the guy had a big head on his shoulders.  Obviously, the scope was dialed in right and maybe the wind took it off the mark (headshot) but not by much.  No one aims for the neck, the shot was either for the head or chest and was off the mark a little.  My first thought was this was a pro hit.  one shot one kill, no gun found no bullet casing found, still on the run.  If you saw the closeup video you knew there was no way he would make it, he instantly lost so much blood.  Charlie didn't feel a thing, the bullet most likely severed his spinal cord on the way out from body posture.  I don't recommend seeking out the videos if you haven't seen them yet, I wish I didn't clink on that link myself
