it doesn't help that the media airs the WH press secretary briefings everyday either, it is incredibly rude and so unprofessional to ask question only to interrupt the answer

this happens all over politic today from senate hearings to special council testimonies

it goes from asking a question to just berate the person who starts to answer, not taking sides here either.  the country would be better served if we allowed both people to speak with fewer interruptions

there is no way these current politicians ever learned what etiquette is, and these are the slim few who we are forced to elect in this crap two party system

as well as ourselves here who post, we all should brush up on our etiquette skills

 I agree with you that once he was out of the room, the taken to the ground was excessive.  you can see when the fbi guy took his arm, his hands went up, like ok I won't resist

it is important to note that Noem didn't really even flinch and kept to her script, other than a look over to see the interruption was handled.  the guys in the room that removed him were not abusive at all, main guy had his hands under the armpit for leverage.

I was not disagreeing with you other than the brown comment, this is a very ugly look on both sides now.  I wouldn't blame Noem here she was doing the presser, but there is some bigtime tension levels going on in LA right now, so this interaction was actually handled professionally inside the room.

Padilla later gives a speech in front of the press but conveniently leaves out the part where Kristi Noem and him sat down for 15 min conversation and exchanged contact information.  

these interwebs are an amazing place, you can find just about any information if you want to find out what really happened.  cameras everywhere, microphones everywhere

another feed shows the main guy who was removing Padilla from the room was clearly secret service protection, and Padilla clearly engaged back so he was removed, and the three bouncers left him at the door and went back to post.  

this is no different than if you jump on stage at a queen B concert and get tackled by security, dudes lucky to come out with a hurt ego

 wall I just watched the feed of Padilla incident.  It is just after time mark 6:00 and she is just beginning speaking and nowhere near taking any questions when he involved himself.  at first, I wondered if maybe he had a few too many at lunchtime because Padilla was straight up interrupting and aggressively lunging in her direction even after he was shoved back a few times.  The fact he is a Senator doesn't mean you get a hall-pass to force your way into a room demanding answers and fighting the bouncers at the door to the point when the removed him from the room.  This is just like when that one drunk guy at the bar scenario 

the fact that he is 'brown' shouldn't be the narrative here, that is said to just cause division.  The guy was clearly out of line in his approach and fought back relentlessly until he was removed and cuffed.  sometimes even when you have valid points and valid questions, read the room and be professional like the Senator you are

back to post #1, Joe, do you really think Trump planned this?  I've heard some wild outlandish stuff about DJT but planning riots in LA?  the only one who planned these riots are the scum who waited 48 hours for this protest to gain some momentum.  It really shows now that Mayor Bass put up a curfew after some 23 local businesses were looted.

The setting cop cars on fire.... that was peaceful?  Smelling the rubber burn, lets roast some marshmallows.  Why do these shit stains who wreck fine protests wait till it's warm out to unleash domestic terror on communities.  Never in the winter in NY or Chicago or Minneapolis.  LA has always been a hotbed place to start shit, LAPD was not prepared to deal with the chaos, just like the LAFD was not prepared for the fires just a short time ago.  It starts from the top and shit rolls down hill, Newscum, Bass....and down the line.  No wonder Kamala doesn't want to be included in Cali politics right now, I am not sure what situation is worse.... following Newscum/Bass in Cali or following Trump?

Let's hope this doesn't turn out like the Watts riots, or the Rodney King riots.  both of those were unjustified and only comparable as the other two major riots in or around LA in my memory.  not comparing those police beatings so please don't go down that hole as that's not my point, it's just simply riots where the city burned and the initial protests both those times turned upside down looting, burning, violent chaos
