You can't get much closer than that, although my original recommendation of O/211 did..... (And if you think that was BS, ask the management of this website to provide you with a print out of my original post.)

 Unders aren't a good bet.

There's an inherent risk, 5% or 6%,  that the game could go to overtime and that will almost certainly result in a loss for your under bet.

Unders, in the long term, are losing bets.
