my buddy is watching at home and called me about this....McIlroy's tee shot ended up by a tree root. Instead of pitching out, he tries to be a hero and advance the ball. Nails the root and fucks up his wrist....

yep, posted in the other thread on this I wonder why he didn&#x27;t take a drop or get one. He just said he will give it to the next tee and see how it is and so he will prolly withdraw then.

I may be wrong, maybe NoWorries can clarify this, but you don&#x27;t get a drop if your ball is on or near a root. &#xD;&#xA;Stupid move either way, just chip it out dumbass.

&#xD;&#xA; &#xD;&#xA;never know...I&#x27;ve seen stranger things. Hell, earlier this year in Hawaii someone cut there foot on some reef. A lot of us faded the guy the next day and we ALL got burned.
