Donald Trump has just released the first television ad of his presidential campaign.
"The politicians can pretend it's something else, but Donald Trump calls it radical Islamic terrorism," says the narrator, who then explains that Trump wants a "temporary shutdown of Muslims entering the United States until we can figure out what's going on."
The ad, titled "Great Again," also touts Trump's plan to "cut the head off ISIS and take their oil" and build a wall along the southern border that Mexico will pay for.
Trump has said he will now spend about $2 million a week on television ads after skyrocketing to the top of the field despite being $35 million under-budget.
Carl Cameron reported from Iowa on "America's Newsroom," with less than a month to go before the first-in-the-nation Iowa Caucus.
Sen. Ted Cruz, who has led Trump in most of the recent polls in the state, is starting a three-day trip across Iowa today.
