Mr. Willard Mitt Romney actually held his own addressing his speech in front of the NAACP. I give Willard an A+ today, good job good effort, but he still wont get my vote. But Willard definitely earned the utmost respect from me today. I like how he spoke his mind and didn't cater to the NAACP.

Mitt Romney was not booed off the stage as has been erroneously reported ...
When he touched on repealing ObamaCare..he received boos, but overall Romney received applause 
throughout his speech and it was reported by NBC that many in the audience gave Romney standing applause at the end of his remarks.
It was clear he had a positive impact ...although the liberal media will choose to focus only on the opposition to his remarks.....

The democrats have a long history of severe racist oppression. it wasnt until LBJ came along and decided to buy votes and permanently enslave blacks with welfare that the democrats became what they are now. prior to that they were the party of Robert KKK Bird.
then the gop became the party of rich old white guys until recently when the newer blood of serious fiscal conservatives arrived.

From Lincoln’s 1861, all the way until the 1960s, you can clearly see the Republican Party is the party of good. It’s well documented. That’s why you see minority republicans today. They’re still clinging on to the pre-1960 republican party. The 1960s are when I believe the democrats and the republicans’ began to switch parties.
When the democrats started to support Malcolm X, Martin Luther King, jr, and pass the Fair Housing Act, Voting Rights Act, and the Civil rights act. That pissed off racist dixiecrat-democrats and created the republican party we see today. That’s how the bigoted ayatollah dictator Ronald Reagan came to power. Nixon used the southern strategy in 1968. People, who know history, know that the democrats were the racist party.

It is really too bad that the republican ideals have been painted as racist, bigoted, and theocratic. There are definitely elements in the party to support that claim.
There is also a lot to be said for promoting small govt policies and individual freedoms.
When entitlement debates etc become about race it is just sad everyone loses. It is like the the founding concepts of conservatism are akin to reinstating slavery.
Fast and furious even became about race when the democrats and the black caucus walked out on a serious vote to pursue leaders that should be held accountable for their crimes against this country.
There is also a lot to be said for promoting small govt policies and individual freedoms.
