Ummm....though obviously unintended, you might well have insulted the Keystone Kops by lumping them in with the unprecedented incompetence & corruption of this republican BADministration...
The Keystone boys were never and would never be this bad.
But fortunately for Ms.Carroll when filing his appeal trump was FORCED to put up the full $5 MILLION and then some to be held in trust pending his appeal.
