 A reasonable assumption   But fortunately for Ms.Carroll when filing his appeal trump was FORCED to put up the full $5 MILLION and then some to be held in trust pending his appeal. 

     Trump's sexual assault victim will see all of that money.   

Whether or not she sees the outstanding judgement of $83 MILLION has yet to be decided on appeal.  She should, but I actually think SCOTUS will go the other way on that and give the rapist - who is also the headliner of the hidden trump-Epstein files - an undeserved break ...
