Department of government efficiency is already being sued for violating laws. Trump declares a state of emergency along south border although border crossings are at their lowest levels since 2020. There are legal limits on allowing US military to take over border security. Remain in Mexico policy won't work without Mexico agreement. Since US is already producing record amounts of oil, allowing more drilling won't have much effect. Denying the rights of transgender people won't help anyone except hurt transgender people.
