Some of you cats are delusional. Guy graduated from Harvard Law. I don't care what your political beliefs are -- you have to be intelligent to graduate from Harvard Law. Period.

It amazes me that people are completely unwilling to acknowledge the intelligence of another person solely because that person has different political leanings. It's like they can't see that intelligent, reasonable people can disagree. That's just not even a concept that they can fathom.

Repuslicans may have stopped Obama's. middle class come back for 4 years, but not for 4 more years and 8 years of Hillary. In 11 more years the Supreme Court will be loaded with Democrats ! You folks will. have nothing left to bellyache about.

@ 30 - Ginsberg is 80 and liberal, Scalia and Kennedy are 77 and conservative. Breyer is just about 75 and Liberal. All others are under 66.

Assuming Obama gets no more and when Hillary wins that means that Scalia and Kennedy would both be around 84 by the end of her first term. I could easily see one of them being replaced.

My belief that Obama is a dimwit comes from his public statements and his silly policy prescriptions.

It actually has nothing to do with politics and has everything to do with facts.

When is the last time you have spelled republicans correct instead of name calling? True sign of someone who is very uneducated.

I have called him out on his clever but overused repulsicans... but how does that make him uneducated?

so you are you saying anyone that say libtards is uneducated?  I personally dont believe that, but perhaps you do....

either way... I think its pretty funny based on your history on this site that you would be calling anyone else uneducated...

    Oh Oh the Irony!

Yes, I would say people who use libtards are less ededucated on whatever topic is being discussed. You have lost the debate when you name call from either side.

What history are you referring to?

    your threads...

and I disagree... just because someone uses the word libtards it has no reflection on their level of education...

as a non-partisan independent I favor neither side and I am critical of both sides equally ...

Show me an example of how in my threads I'm uneducated. You are not a non partisan independent, and are far more critical to conservatives.

im not wasting my time looking for the thread...

lets just say it was me asking you what to do about the problem of females reacting normally to what looks like a 100% dude in the ladies room with transgendered individuals that looked like males having to use the female bathroom...

I wanted an educated or logical answer and you Failed to do so...

Its funny how you try so hard to paint me as being something other then what I am... a non-partisan independent... that interestingly leans conservatively more then progressive historically.....  I voted for GW bush 2x, obama once and ron paul in the last election...

but your prescripted talking points only work if they are against what is defined as the liberal point of view that you hear on rush/beck/hannity/fox"news" or whatever you blindly follow...

in fact don't I defend conservatives and their right to say libtard without it meaning that they have to be uneducated?

    I mean read my post...

I am actually siding with conservatives here...  do you Fail to see that?  Or are you so hell bent on making up a lie to pin on me and then argue against that you cant see reality?

pretty funny that you name call me "adolescent mind"...

    Oh Oh the Irony

Also what name are you claiming that I called you?  Or did you lie about that too...

your lies are becoming hard to follow and keep up with here

Gee, why would anyone think Obama is a dimwit?

“The odds of people dying in a terrorist attack obviously are still a lot lower than in a car accident, unfortunately,” President Obama told NBC’s Jay Leno last night.

Wait, “unfortunately”? Does the president really wish more Americans were killed in terrorist attacks? Indeed, orders of magnitude more, since nationwide traffic fatalities typically run between 30,000 and 50,000 a year?

Of course not. Obviously when he deployed that adverb he was thinking of the unfortunate souls killed in car accidents, not the victims of terrorism. He simply misspoke–just as Todd Akin did last year when he used the unfortunate phrase “legitimate rape.” But for some reason, the World’s Greatest Orator and the most powerful man in the world is held to lower standards of verbal exactitude than a lowly congressman from Missouri.

That wasn’t Obama’s only error last night on “The Tonight Show.” He also got flummoxed by geography: “The Panama [Canal] is being widened so that these big supertankers can come in. Now, that will be finished in 2015. If we don’t deepen our ports all along the Gulf–places like Charleston, South Carolina, or Savannah, Georgia, or Jacksonville, Florida–if we don’t do that, those ships are going to go someplace else.”

There are major ports along the Gulf of Mexico, most notably the Port of South Louisiana and the Port of Houston. But Charleston, Savannah and Jacksonville are all on the Atlantic coast.

It was selfless of Bill Clinton to nurture a 22 year old intern in the oval office.

Bo, the president’s Portuguese Water Dog, arrived separately on one of two MV-22 Ospreys, a hybrid aircraft which takes off like a helicopter but flies like a plane.

It was the first time the Ospreys have been taken on holiday by a US president.

    Sequester? What sequester?
