I want to know in what realm of reality these coaches consistently going for it on 4th down and turning the ball over on downs when in field goal range causing massive momentum shifts think its a good idea? Bears could have had another 9 points or so on the board if they would have just taken the field goal. Jacksonville could be up 10 - 3 and instead they are about to be down 10 - 7. How the fuck does this make sense? Sure the off chance they get it and they look good or they don't get it and they look like a fucking idiot and cost the team the game. Its still to early to tell with this game but why the fuck would you constantly leave points off the board and lose your team the momentum all for a chance at a few extra points or no points. Makes no fucking sense.

I get it when you are at mid field and its either punt it and push the defense back maybe another 20 yards or so but you have a chance to put points on the boards and you run a play turn the ball over and then give up a touchdown how does that make any sense. Good work Jacksonville. Bills have all the momentum now.

* Also miss the first down and turns into a score for the opposing team. There should be some analytic tracking for that stat. Such motivation for opposing team to get a stop... might be the turning point to lead buffalo to a win.

Between terrible coaching and refs terrible calls their is no way to properly cap these games anymore. This is going to be my last year betting NFL. It has become an absolute JOKE. I have my free play today from losing $1,000's over the last couple weeks on massive 4th quarter come backs in the NCAA basketball and football and NFL and NBA. No leads are safe in any sport anymore. Gambling became legal and suddenly play calling and coaching is unpredictable. Big surprise.

There is no way with all the statistics coaches don't know they are making terrible calls. To many people are behind the scenes to not make the correct call. I 100% believe this all entertainment and scripted. 10 years ago coaches wouldn't dare waste an opportunity to put points on the board. Now people are surprised when they kick a field goal on 4th down. I don't believe the change in play calling has anything to do with giving the team a better chance to win the game. Its so they can control the game and outcome.
NFL is an absolute fucking joke.

Lol doesn't know how to win? PUT FUCKING POINTS ON THE BOARD NOT TAKE THEM OFF. I'm not even a coach and I know that. It doesn't take a genius to figure out leaving points off the board when you have a chance to score them changes momentum and lowers your chance to win.

Analytics said go for it when it came to punting or turning the ball over past mid field. Coaches ran with it and decided no matter where you are on the field if its 4 and 4 or less you should go for it 90% of the time. Tell me did the analytics say it was better for the Bills to go for it at the 45 yard line and turn it over? Did it say it was better for the Jags to go for it on 4th and 2 instead of putting 3 points on the board when this is a game that could come down to the last score?
How the fuck are people this stupid to back these terrible decisions?

Its a new age in sports because gambling is legal and quarter and half time bets have spiked in popularity and guess how they can control the outcome of those bets? You guessed it, making decisions that don't make sense because it may not make sense to us but it sure does for the sports books.

The problem with all sports is the stupid fucking people who choose to actually watch this shit thinking its not rigged and that the whole league is on the up and up. I include myself in the "stupid fucking people" because I do it to.
Everyone should stop watching the sports in general and crash the fucking market. They know everyone is stupid enough to watch regardless of how obvious the rigging is. They could let the defense run offsides and smash the fucking quarterback to the ground and not call it and everyone would yell for a bit and say "well that's football, it doesn't come down to one play" or "They couldn't possibly rig the game". Are you kidding me? Tom Brady literally admitted to cheating by deflating balls during his roast and what happened? A short suspension? Houston Astros cheated them selves into winning a world series? What happened? nothing compared to what they won cheating. Refs were caught cheating in NBA a long time ago. What happened? Ref got in trouble and the cheating I'm sure continued. THIS LAST FUCKING YEAR players were caught rigging props. What happened? Those players got in trouble and the cheating continues. The league can't punish itself for cheating so it punishes the player and continues to do it till it gets caught again.
I made a good amount of money doing this in the early 2000's up to around when all of a sudden sports betting became legal and all rational went out the window with refs, coaching, and players acting like fucking idiots. I won't be back after this year. Not even fun to watch as entertainment anymore when you know the outcomes are controlled in atleast 75% of games.
