Cold streaks can be as bad as 0%....statistically it makes ZERO sense to try to predict when it will happen, for how long it will happen, etc..... it's assanine to lower you're bet because PV has been hot so he will be cold soon.... he won't maintain 80%.... if he falls to 60% over the next hundred plays he's still a 1 in a 1000 capper.

PittV - you are rocking, and hope you keep it up. I have a concern about the Cavs pick tonight though as they are schizo against the spread and rarely play up to their potential against obviously weaker teams. Not saying they will lose but with this team and their attitude you just don't know when they are going to "show up" relative to the spread.
That being said, I hope you are correct but I am passing on this one and probably playing the Ilini.

It is very common, and don't look at this kind of line movement too seriously. IE. It happened in New Mexico game today too. Though I like NM at home vs. BYU.
