Why hasnt the line shifted to northern Illinois as  a-3 or higher fav. If those 2 guys are out line would have moved a lot . All top sites haven’t listed them. Vegas would be losing money right now giving a low line for northern Illinois If those 2 are out for Chicago state

 Agree with you pard and N. Illinois has a weak offense this year.  2nd to last in D-1 at 54.6/game.   Until they score more, they will lose more.
