I am torn on the Thursday night game... I want to play the game but I honestly don't believe this game should be wagered on... I might play the game for a small play for some action but in no way am I confident in picking a side in that game... BOL this week


Might add a game or 2 but that's it for now

 in this case from buying the line of -3 down to -2.5 . this avoids a push and a win if they win by the set line.

Uris... Just wondering why you think the 49'ers will cover the spread? The Rams have been playing great Defense this year with an efficient Offense.  I think the big win in London has inflated this line .

Both teams are coming off a bye and both teams can play good D. Motivation is pretty equal at this point. The two biggest advantages I see for S.f is that they are at home and the Rams have a history of not playing as well on Grass.

Love your Jets and Minny plays.  Took both although I didn't buy the hook with the Jets(-3).

I might be against you with SF though.  Not really an X and O thing, but I had that line at -3, and anything 6 or higher I have to either stay away or go Rams.

Hey URISS, 

Funny you bring up efficiency, this is about the time of year I look at team efficiency in every category..Overall, offensive, and defensive etc ...Because I believe there is enough of a body of work  where team efficiency might have some relevance on the game... The Rams actually rank 28th in the NFL in offensive efficiency (not very impressive)... I don't think most people realize this... However the 49ers rank 27th...Both teams offensive efficiency ....   I will provide my opinions of each game in more detail tonight .... BOL

you're really going to go against HappyKane's MNF trend

I expect the Rams/49ers game to be deceided by a field goal with the 49ers coming out as the victor, (but not covering). THe 49ers should not be giving up 6 pts!, can we honestly believe the 49ers are FINALLY about to step up after all these weeks?  or do you just believe the Rams are that bad? (which I don't)

Lets not forget that as you read this, the 49ers are doing voodoo dances around their sub QB in hopes that he'll be a quality backup or atleast just not mess up enough that he cant just hand the ball off to Gore

 

Not quite sure why the line is only @ 1 for the Vikes/Bears game!

Does the public/vegas really believe in Jay Cutler to be consistent this week? and even when he is, that usually means his receivers slob on some butter on their gloves! will this indicate a Chi run strong game?

If CHI keeps it on the ground , Minn's defense will be a sure win.

The total seems slow... I would pay attention to the weather in Chicago before playing the total though (but that all depends on what you are leaning, I mean I can only see this line going up to be honest)... I am not  a big fan of totals but it does seem low... BOL

I am a big fan of Kanes, especially that mojo stuff it is interesting.. however I am not aware of his MNF trend.. And I honestly never bother to look at trends..GL

THE vikings on the road really bad news least YOU forget last year favored at Panthers -8 1/2 LOST 7-25  favored at Bears on MNF a beat up injuriy riddled bears they LOST  favored by 8 1/2  LOST the game 30-36 o and two weeks prvious to those two roadies at cardinals favored by 3 1/2  LOST 17 - 30  this year so far on the ROAd vikings got smoked  at JETS  20 -29  @ GB as a 3 point dog lost by 4  24-28

at Patriots OMG  as a 5 point dog lost by 10  18 - 28

i think you better take bears here

No thanks, if you are betting the Bears for those reasons I highly suggest going over the game and not rely on past games to make a pick...Different players,match-ups,situations..and so on... GL

Good....JMO here but someone who mainly or only relies on trends is unsuccessful in this line of finiancial investing. Something early bird capers need to learn. You MUST most importantly look at what a team is bringing on to a field that particular day.
