Eyeballing:
Pelicans +4.5 and ML +165...lets face it, Spurs are shot, done, caput, finito...based on the eyeball test, they simply dont have what it takes to beat good fast high octane offensive teams...their last 4 wins vs the NBA scrubs plus overrated Cavs are littered among a ton of losses...Spurs just look old slow and lost oncourt post all star break...whereas New Orleans has jumped on the back of Unibrow and everyone else has stepped up as well...Pelicans will be battling with Blazers for #3 seed...motivation and momentum is everything at this stage of the season...even if the Spurs find a way to win here, its more likely they squeak out a 2 or 3 pt win rather than by 6+....still going to wait to watch pregame live look ins and see how the shootaround goes...really like the ML here too but wont get greedy pregame...if they get down by 10+ early, perhaps a live ML play on NOrleans is the way to go...we shall see.

BigD...the way K.Allen played in the final several minutes of their game was NBA impressive...reminded me of what D Wade did that one March at Marquette...why cant he put a solid 40 minutes together? If he does, your team could be cutting down the strings in 3 weeks!

That Houston game was awesome...they play a fun style of hoops and with this years potential exposure, watch out for them to get alot more top level recuits moving forward...the kids all want to play this type of fast tempo ball because its what the nba is now all about and these kids all need to have a dream....Houston could end up being a dominant team in their conference for many years to come.
