Well, for one that comes to mind, I suppose it depends on whether or not you believe in fairness of representation for the American people, since Democrats/Liberals do slightly outnumber republicans/conservatives -- but one could make a strong case that the imbalance on the Supreme Court is collateral damage caused by the republicans.
of course 6-3 republicans majority is nowhere near representative of the makeup of America
