Sure.   Even a   5 - 4 republican majority on SCOTUS is not representative, but was acceptable prior to trump

That doesn't show up directly in the labor stats then or now but it is a significant factor.   I agree the true unemployment was far higher than 6.3% when Trump left office due to a retracted workforce but that also applies today to that ridiculously low 4.2%
