First off, for a team to choke would mean that that team is favored to win...something the haters don't give them credit for.

Second, for better or for worse, this thread won't ever die. If the canucks 'choke' flutie will be the first to bump. If they win, clepto will do the same. This thread will be around for a lot longer than a few weeks...

Ya right now the habs are setup to play the bruins.. What an easy task you've proven that to be.. Boston is miles better than the habs.. I would bet on the 4 game sweep in that one..

The thing is that you are so caught up in believing in MTL I could bet 100 straight up with you and you'd take it.. Wow I wish you were making the lines for the books..

spoken like a true leafs fan, or person from ontario- same thing. as i said set your alarm clock for 10:30pm and watch some real hockey here on the westcoast- after u see a real team play unlike the peewee hockey u have with the leafs you will then understand why we are happy.

either way...ppl from the east are in bed b4 the game ends on the westcoast. ppl from the east has no business assessing a westcoast team when they can't watch the games.
your likely right- he is a fan of another team cuz u have to be clinically insane to like that putrid leafs team in your own home province.

your point would be valid if you were talking about american teams in the west like ducks, la..even stars, phoenix that not many people watch...notice how the talk of most underrated players are usually always from western teams?

nucks being a canadian team, on cbc on saturay nights and coverage from the sports networks here let us know all we need to know about how great they are.
