Check into rehab for about 3 months.  Have zero access to the internet and family members.  During rehab, take some time to take a breather, and reflect on what type of damage you've done to yourself and your family.  I know the urges to gamble will still be there, but take it a day at a time.  You're not going to recover your loses over-night, a week, a month, a year, or a couple years.  Find and make a plan for yourself (that doesn't involve gambling) and your future.  Be the best you can be in whatever path and career you decide upon.  Look forward and don't look back.  There's still hope for you.  Best of luck and be responsible... Gambling is like crack when not done in moderation.  I hope everything pans out for you in the future.

Rehab cost money which I don't have. Thats why I am disappointed I didn't get to go on Dr Phil.
