Thanks everyone for the replys! I came to the right place figuring who will understand better than degenerate gamblers such as myself. I haven't smiled in months and the "sucide" comment were very amusing. This is what I have picked up out of this post
-Jumping is out the picture
-Navy is a great choice and it would help me start over its a win win.
-You guys are right I have to stop blaming others for my mistakes and man up! Get a job or service soon!
-Before I ship away I might think about going to Vegas one last time and use my comp.
The problem was I grew up lower class/poor. My family lived comfortable we only made like 40k a year with 7 in the household. I moved out on my own when I was 18, joining a Fraternity and moving into the house. I worked for everything. Worked at Labor Ready (Look it up! Its a tuff way to earn money) But in my town good jobs are hard to come by.) I worked hard and nobody helped me. Things went wrong after my uncle who lost his leg 10 years ago moved into back to my hometown and I began taking care of him and helping him out. I never knew he was rich but one day 4 years ago he told me to run to store and get a carrot cake. I told him I didn't have any cash on me and he gave me his debit card to take out $20. I went to atm and to my amazement his card balance was $72,000. After that day things were weird as he pretended to be broke. I was only 20 at the time and it was shocking. Long story short I then began getting money from my uncle and grandpa. $1000 then $10,000, then 28,000, then 81,000, then when my uncle passed I had access to all his accounts as he willed every thing to my and my grandfather 50/50. I was only 21 very stupid with money. I spent and spent. Going from up 50k to losing 20k in a couple hours gambling with high rollers at Wynn such as Usher, Shaq, Big Ben to name a few. I never thought my money would run out. Now I am 24 and finally realized I spent 1 million dollars on a craps and sportsbook lesson. I was the worse spending 2 straight days at a time gambling with no sleep! I begin acting cocky and ignorant. I do deserve everything I get as I treated normal working class like shit once I got the money and power. I would walk into the bank and get treated with smiles and people kissing ass. Now all my account are negative and people are mean. I lost everything even my knowledge on writing a correct sentence. I only posted my story to get feedback and maybe help someone avoiding my mistakes. But right now gambling is like fucking Beyonce but it cost you and you would hate to lose.
What I am doing tonight is going for it! Earlier today I set up my date to take the test to join navy. I just deposited $27 in my betjamaica account and I am going for the gold! I am gonna look to make $1000 and pay for rehab. But if I lose thats it! I know its stupid but what can I do! Hopefully I can get sent out quick but I was told it may take around 6-8 months to get into training camp. But thats all I have for now! I will post my picks for faders.

I don't know you, but i feel ur pain man, First off, stay away from the table games at the casino, u can't beat the house, next learn how to play no limit poker, read a few books and get some experience playing free rolls online, then go and play low limit games in casinos, 1-2NL, or 2-5 NL, get ur gambling fix that way, gamble at max $1000 in the casino a day, take your small wins, concentrate on winning percentage's not the big dollars, next if u wanna stick with sports wagering, play only 2% of ur bankroll on a single play, only flat plays, listed pitchers in baseball, nothing more than .45 cent favarites, in hockey 60 min plays only, Where are you from? if you can't control yourself, go get some help, and quit gambling, I hope that helps, All the best man,

you're 24 bro. stop fucking crying and change your life if you don't like the way you feel. you barely EARNED anything that you lost. i was 24, broke and in a detox ... 5 years later, i'm happy with the direction of my life. i think this is a fake story but if it isn't i'm proof that you can change your life around. gl

how many times do we have to go through this... if you can't win, don't gamble... I ONLY bet NBA, i don't bet MLB, NFL, or anything else, because i if did, i wouldn't be UP $$$
NBA is what i know and i'm fortunate enough to be in the 1% of the population that profits
the moral of the story is "if you aren't exceptionally good at it, don't waste your time or money trying to convince yourself you are"... i wouldn't go to a pool hall and try to hustle pool. why? because i'm not exceptionally good at that.

Not a good situation if true...what did you follow Bibendi's picks? Al McMordie? Or any of the other schmuck touts.
Solutions:
1) Stop GAMBLING. You will not win your money back so move on. If you can't/won't stop then forget solving your problem.
2) Worry about your girl and the baby (if it is yours). That should be your focus.
3) Stop going to any Gambling Forum like this...total waste of time you won't find winning picks.
