KATIE LEDECKY (someone talk me out of this)

So BetRivers (Online casino in Illinois) is offering a bonus. They one I want is that if you bet $2500 on the Olympics, you get 3.00 for every gold, 2.00 for every silver, and 1.00 for every bronze. I am not sure how many Medals USA will win, but I would guess the bonus would be around $150 in free bets.

So.... I was thinking about betting the whole $2500 on Katie Ledecky in the 1500m Free style event. Here are the odds.

Ledecky -670

S. Quadarella +500

M. Cough +1000

W. Jianijahe+1000

I could list more swimmers and the big odds. But just tell me....Can Katie lose?

Of course anything is possible (she could get sick/hurt) but ceteris paribus she will win and it won't be close.

Can the bet be in any Olympic event?

Read the fine print. They normally have rules that prevent what you are trying to do.

Fine print probably says no favorites higher than -200.

Nothin against ya brother and others who bet small amounts but if you're betting > $2,500 a game, winning $3, $2, $1 bets won't do sh1t to feed your sports betting addiction. 

Might as well give a six pack of light beer to a full blown alcoholic who drinks a 1.75 bottle of liquor per day while they're in rehab.. 

or

Give a person with an addictive personality, a free hit of crack and say that "it's on the house" from the dealer smiling from afar of the closest corner of the street..
