You don't. the NHL considers it a security risk to announce the refs ahead of time.

You can go to the box scores at NHL and Yahoo.com and you will see them about 10-15 minutes before gametime.  Sometimes on team blogs you will see them listed.  Also almost each team has a daily PDF of the game day info, that sometimes will list them.
