good point-what the bleep is wrong with all the Canadien teams-do any of them get how to put a team together? Start with this thing beating in your chest...I will say the leafs GM did a  good job building the Ducks run to the Cup but how Orange County, Ca, and Tampa have a cup and no Canadien team in how many years??

Burke didn't build that cup team, that core was already there. Cup winning teams like the Hawks, Pens and Bolts were the worst in the league for a # of years in a row giving them the #1 pick to draft Malkin,Crosby,Toews,Kane,ect. The Oilers are currently on that same path and are a beast in the making.
