Not sure how to track this over the recent years other than to spend 10 hours by hand but something I have noticed. Could be my imagination or whatever.
Teams who play on the road and dominate( outshoot a team a minimun 15 or more if not 20 or more)and lose if they play on the road next game they lose again. If a road team gets outplayed(same situation getting outshot)and wins and plays on the road they win again.

Preds were out shot and lost. If a team outshoots someone by 15,20 or more and loses fade on the road next game.
If a team gets outshot by 15,20 or more and win take them next game if on road.
Seems like if a team outshoots someone they gave their best effort and lost and don't have that next game so they likely lose if on road
But if a team finds a way to win and were significantly outshot then they likely play better and bring some momentum.Just a guess. I have no stats yet on what the record wouldbe.Do not have the time to fact check it.

Not sure there's anything here to write home about.
Road teams off a road loss in which they had 15 or more shots than their opponent were 40-25 from 2018 through 2020 (which includes 15-4 in 2020). In 2021, the record was 7-17. But in 2022, it went back to 13-5. This season, those teams are 3-7, losing the last 5.
Road teams off a road win in which they were outshot by 15 or more were:
19-15 in 2018 14-12 in 2019 10-15 in 2020 10-20 in 2021 21-23 in 2022
This season's record so far is 5-4.

That said...while fiddling with the numbers, I DID find this:
Road faves off a road loss in which they were outshot by 15 or more are 42-21 since 2012, hitting the last 6 straight (which includes the Preds and Wild yesterday).
And...if you add a further parameter by saying that the fave has to be -126 or higher, then the record becomes 14-2 in the last 16 (which still includes the Preds and Wild yesterday).
