Bad night was bound to happen, and exactly why I am still posting in the half unit range.  Bruins look like they don't want to play hockey right now.  Canes are a good team, but that looked like Stick Time out there for most of the game.  And WTF is with the Preds.  Oil are a solid team, but getting shellacked in your own barn?  Crapitals are a surprising story, and Ovi now has nine goals thru 9 games.  That record will be his at before the ASG at this pace.  Love what the Sharks are doing, as well.  3 in a row, and I watched a bit of that game, and they are not that bad of a team.

Cats head to Dallas for a Matinee, so check your Fantasy Hockey lineups early.  Quick list of Leans before the Salt Mines:

CLB - last 4 games Blow Jobs are 3-1 and lost to Preds in OT.  Winnipeg will not keep playing at this level, and +160 on a Live Home Dog is hard to ignore.

OTT - another +160 dog, going into Manhattan to play the Rags.  Igor has looked mere mortal in his last two, and if Ullmark keeps kicking off the rust, I can see the Sens stealing a game here.

SABERZ - Isles are atrocious right now.  Been saying for last couple years, the lineup they built looks great on paper, but they have done nothing with it.  Blow this shit up and rebuild with Sorokin.  Wasting his best years IMO.

CGY/NJD - initially lean on Flames, but I think the magic has left them.  They have played a pretty tough slate recently, but getting blown out by Utah 5-1 is hard to ignore.  Maybe Devils on the Reg. Line.

Gonna put a small play on Dallas, and I feel like this International 2 game set feels like a Lippsman split kind of matchup, so if Dallas no good today, take em again tomorrow.  Plus OT Yes is +370 at one book, so.....

@rustie not really, but I expect Max effort from Flames against Markstrom.  And Devils should get 3+ in this one. 

@GASportsDoc my old man is 85 and he finally has to pack the clubs away cuz his Meniscus is basically powdery dust.  Take care of your body and you can play a long time.  Easier said then done for most of us however...  

Staying away from rest of those Leans.  Thought about a +1.5 parlay on Sens and Blow Jobs, but nah.  Just nah.  BOL all. 

I didn’t grow-up playing hockey, but I have pretty good eyes for action. I have been watching Rags and Senators and this is what my eyes are seeing:

Rangers slow on the ice!

Rangers passive on the offensive end!

Rangers way too many penalties! No discipline!

Seems to me, as if, they just want to play defense! Thank God they have Shesterkin!

Senators the more aggressive team, but cannot get the puck by Shesterkin.

Senators should probably have 3 goals with all the power plays they have been awarded.

History shows Senators when in MSG, not real good on power play.
